Labor-Management Newsletter
This quarterly newsletter is written and produced by FocusPoint for a benefit plan administrator on behalf of the sheet metal industry's three labor-managent trusts (Health, Pension & Training). The goals of the newsletter are to take a proactive approach to keeping plan participants informed, dispel rumours and misconceptions that arise, address concerns and highlight the cooperation of labor and management. Participants have expressed very positive feedback on the format,content and style of newsletter and trust providers are now using it as an effective tool to get key messages out to the participants.
